Mat Group Classes

This is an excellent introduction to Pilates, and anyone from beginner to advanced practitioners will benefit.

All levels Mat Class. Classic methodology, in a contemporary setting. This 55-minute session comprised of no more than 10 participants will focus on the original exercises of Joseph Pilates. Participants mostly use their own body weight to challenge strength and balance. Simple exercise equipment keeps you engaged and focused when additional stretch or strength is desired. These simple to use rings, bands and balls help you further your practice, while still using your own body weight to challenge strength and balance.
